The @Home robots tackle everyday household tasks, from serving breakfast and cleaning-up to welcoming guests and taking drink orders. These robots have to recognize, understand and follow human as well as to perform mobile manipulation of household objects. The competition is organized in a sequence of challenges. Each robot is scored how far it gets in the challenges of the different tasks.

An operator explains a new task to the robot, which is directly executed by the robot.

The robot is looking for tasks in the apartment, e.g. cleaning up or executing tasks from an operator.
The robot puts the dishes from a table into the dishwasher.
The robot takes orders in a restaurant and serves the guests.
The robot makes sure that all guest are following the rules at a house party.
